I started B*tches Who AI because I could see women navigating a technology shift that is moving quickly, loudly, and unevenly. But the work is bigger than helping women keep up with tools.

My ambition is for BWAI to become a global economic agency platform for women in the AI era: a place where capability becomes application, ideas become assets, and more women get to shape, lead, and keep what they build.

What I am building

Not just a place to learn AI. A place to build economic agency.

Women are already experimenting with AI. The more important question is whether women are capturing enough of the capacity, income, leadership, ownership, and opportunity that this technology can create.

BWAI starts with what is practical: the offer you are refining, the workflow consuming your time, the idea you want to test, the content you want to make, the client you want to serve, or the decision you want help thinking through. We build from there, together.

This is women-centred and inclusive. It is not a case against men. It is a commitment to helping more women participate in, question, shape, and benefit from what comes next.

How we will hold ourselves accountable

We intend to understand whether BWAI is helping create greater economic agency. We will only report outcomes that members choose to share, that can be supported by context or evidence, and that do not expose private information by default.
