B*tches Who AI is a live coaching community for women navigating AI in real time. We exist to make the AI transition feel more human, more practical, and more possible, so women can build confidence, exercise discernment, and participate in shaping what comes next.
Our belief
AI is the moment. Women's agency is the mission.
This is not about women versus men. It is about ensuring that women have a welcoming, serious, and practical place to grow their AI confidence, ask honest questions, and act on the opportunities in front of them.
A safer room changes what is possible.
When the first question is safe to ask, it becomes easier to experiment, find your voice, make a move, and build from there.
Women-centred. Not anti-men.
Equality does not require an enemy. It requires us to notice where confidence, opportunity, and participation need more room to grow.

Why this focus, now
The transition is not even. That is worth noticing.
The ILO has reported that generative AI exposure is uneven across women- and male-dominated work, while the IMF has documented new skill requirements appearing in job postings. These findings inform BWAI’s focus on confidence, capability, and agency. They are not a forecast for any person, and they are not evidence that BWAI can guarantee an economic outcome.
