Terms of Service

Bitches Who AI is a live coaching community and practical AI member platform that helps you build confidence, visualise, track, and optimise your use of AI tools. The service includes:

• An AI maturity assessment
• A personalised AI tool dashboard
• Usage tracking and spend visualisation
• Pip, your AI stack strategist
• Member insights and AI playback where available
• Stack sharing and practical member resources where available

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the private Bitches Who AI tools, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Manus account (used for sign-in)
• Provide accurate information when prompted

You can purchase BWAI membership through Stripe without first creating a Manus account. Stripe collects the contact and payment details needed for your purchase and welcome communication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any private tools account you create and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at sarah@wonderandwander.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Core member tools: Some entry-point tools and assessments may be available at no cost, subject to availability and reasonable product changes.

BWAI Membership: Membership options are displayed on the current secure plan-selection page. At the time of publication, these include Founding Annual at $1,111.11 AUD per year and Standard Annual at $2,997 AUD per year. The secure plan-selection page and Stripe checkout show the applicable price and billing cadence before you purchase.

Existing Quarterly members: Existing Quarterly members keep their current plan, billing, and access. Quarterly is not currently offered to new members.

Plan availability: Membership plans, including the Founding Annual rate, may change or cease to be available. Existing members retain the plan terms presented at their purchase unless we notify them of a change in accordance with these Terms or applicable law.

BWAI Black: BWAI Black is an invite-only private advisory and mastermind offer at $2,000 AUD per month, limited to 10 members. There is no public checkout. Invitation, payment, cancellation, and any plan-specific terms are confirmed directly before purchase.

Billing and availability: The secure plan-selection page presents the membership options currently available, the applicable payment terms, and any plan-specific cancellation or refund information before purchase.

Payment processing: Payments are handled securely by Stripe or an approved payment provider. We do not store card details. The relevant payment provider’s terms apply to payment processing.

You agree not to:

• Use Bitches Who AI for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you add to Bitches Who AI (your tools, notes, usage logs, and stack data). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not use your stack data to train AI models or for any purpose other than operating Bitches Who AI.

All content, design, code, and branding of Bitches Who AI — including Pip — is owned by Sarah Pirie-Nally and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Bitches Who AI uses AI (via Pip) to generate tool recommendations, maturity assessments, and insights. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. AI recommendations may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. Always exercise your own judgement when making decisions about your AI stack or technology investments.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bitches Who AI and Sarah Pirie-Nally are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Bitches Who AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
